S & R Gourmet prepares daily meals servicing delivery to Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, and South Miami areas. Unless otherwise requested, each meal, consisting of a protein, carbohydrate, and vegetable/salad is prepared with healthy hearty fresh ingredients. Perhaps you don’t have time to grocery shop, menu plan, and/or cook every day for yourself or for your family. Let S & R Gourmet prepare your delicious meals and deliver them to your door!

Personal Chef
S & R Gourmet can also provide you with personal chef services right in your own kitchen. We would prepare a personalized menu with you, shop for the ingredients, go to your home and prepare your meal(s). Whether it is for you and your family’s everyday meals, for a special dinner party, or for a larger event, we can cook in your home and be your personal chef for the day!
